About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Logistic HCBP Officer to ensure the effective implementation of end-to-end Human Capital processes, including workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, industrial relations, performance management, and culture internalization. This role aims to support operational excellence in logistics by aligning people strategies with business needs, maintaining a productive and harmonious work environment, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The position also plays a key role in developing workforce capability and supporting sustainable organizational growth within the Logistics function.

 

In this role, you will get to :

  • Execute Employer Branding initiatives tailored to the needs of the Logistics Division
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (Operator to Officer level) toensure timely and quality hiring
  • Implement and monitor On boarding programs for new employees in Logistics Division
  • Handle Industrial Relations (IR) matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws and managing employee disputes if any.
  • Execute Employee Relations (ER) initiatives to maintain engagement and a positive work environment.
  • Drive culture internalization programs aligned with company values
  • Handle and coordinate workplace accident cases in collaboration withrelated stakeholders
  • Manage HRIS administration, employee data, and support payroll processes
  • Monitor and support employee performance management processes within Logistics Division
  • Conduct workforce planning analysis and develop fulfillment strategies based on operational needs
  • Identify employee development needs and collaborate with the Learning Academy team to design relevant development programs

What you will Need to Succeed :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Management, or otherrelevant fields
  • Minimum 2–3 years experience as HCBP, or in related fields
  • Having understanding about Employment Law in Indonesia
  • Having experience in Logistics or warehouse industry is a plus point
  • Familiarity with HR tools and systems, such as HRIS platforms
  • Experience supporting recruitment processes, particularly in conducting competency-based interviews
  • Strong skills in data analysis and reporting, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills across different organizational levels, with the ability to facilitate and deliver training effectively
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail in documentation and analysis.
  • Willing to be placed at EIGER Warehouse – Kalijati, Subang
